FAQ

What fees do you charge?

Between 5-10% total transaction amount. This includes all expenses for payment processing, hosting and administration. The final amount depends on the complexity of your organization's needs.

Can anyone create a profile and receive payment?

At this stage we only service, charities, churches, buskers and beggars.

Couldn't anyone just say they are a beggar and receive funds?

Yes, but generally begging is a last result for people, if they feel the need to beg for funds we want to make it easy for people to help them.

How is this different from Go Fund Me?

Go Fund ME raises money for events ranging from celebrations and graduations to challenging circumstances like accidents and illnesses. The events are normally one off. Gonate.to is there to support people and organizations with ongoing needs.

How is this difference from Square payments?

Payments with Square still requires Point of Sale infrastructure and a contact tap whereas
